Atlantic cold water specimens from the Gulf of Maine

Our Marine Phylum Survey Collections are the most comprehensive marine survey collections available. They are designed to supply laboratory instructors with common representative species from each of the major marine phyla that occur in the Gulf of Maine and the Bay of Fundy. Although the animals can easily be used in display aquaria and as material for experimental work, these Collections are designed for single unit labs dealing with phylogeny and anatomy, they are meant to replace preserved materials and to give your students a meaningful look at living organisms. Each Study Collection will include two of each species listed. We reserve the right to choose replacement species if necessary.
